The Indirect Tax Analyst I - EMEA will have a critical role in our ambitious Finance team, committed to delivering top-notch results. Based in Sofia, Bulgaria, you will assist the Manager Indirect Tax and contribute to both operational and tactical tasks. This entry-level position offers an outstanding opportunity to implement standard processes in the tax field while driving automation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities: Perform Operational Tasks:

• Data and document gathering, for example vendor invoices and payment confirmations
• Perform periodic queries in automated systems
• Analyze data sets for example relating to foreign VAT recovery claims
• Prepare KPI overviews for business stakeholders.

Assist with Tactical Tasks:

• Drive automation
• Support Practical Process Improvement projects.

Required Qualifications: Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy Strong interest in data analysis and process automation Persistence and tenacity to get tasks done flawlessly Proficiency in MS Office Suite Hands-on approach to work.
