Proxiad SEE is an IT Consulting and Software Development company, part of Proxiad Group France, with headquarters in Paris, over 25 years of industry experience, and 1300 + specialists. The Southeast Europe (SEE) branch employs 250+ professionals, operates in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, and has provided services in various sectors (Healthcare, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, E-commerce and Retail, Procurement, etc.) for over 20 years.
In 2022 we stepped above and introduced two innovative software products: Desk Buddy and GROW.
We have implemented a hybrid work model and offer opportunities for learning, development, and CSR activities, following and incorporating ESG elements.
Now we are looking for a Junior Java Developer for a large-scale project with more than 5 million customers. Our client is a leading online bank based in France with an increasing presence in the finance market and a growing list of IT projects to achieve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, readable and understandable code using Java 11+, Spring Boot 2.5+, and React 16+
- Test your code using JUnit/Mockito
- Develop new features and make changes to existing code
- Perform technical analysis and suggest improvements
- Share knowledge with your colleagues
The skillset we are looking for:
- Relevant university degree in IT
- 1+ year of professional Java experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JPA/Hibernate
- Professional experience with REST web services and SQL
- Very good command of the English language
- Desire to learn and to self-improve
Nice to have:
- Professional experience with ReactJS (experience with Angular or Vue.js will also be considered relevant)
