As Fantastic Services continues to expand its portfolio of products and services, particularly in the professional cleaning and maintenance sectors, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Implementation Manager to join our team in Varna, Bulgaria. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth implementation of new business functions, operational improvements, and service rollouts across our organization. You will be responsible for establishing efficient processes, optimizing workflows, and driving internal changes that enhance business performance and scalability.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager with a strong background in business process optimization, operational change management, and structured execution of new initiatives. This role is not only about launching new services but also about enhancing and refining internal operations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring cross-functional efficiency. You will work closely with teams across the company to introduce, refine, and scale internal business functions, ensuring a structured and effective approach to change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of new business functions, operational processes, and service rollouts, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals;
  • Assess existing workflows and operational structures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimized solutions;
  • Develop and standardize business processes, ensuring teams have clear, structured, and effective procedures to follow;
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, sales, marketing, finance, tech, and franchise support) to align implementation efforts and drive efficiency;
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution of changes;
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of newly implemented processes, making data-driven improvements;
  • Facilitate organizational change management, ensuring teams are well-prepared for transitions and equipped with the right tools and training;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and business requirements in all implementations;
  • Support leadership with strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are executed effectively and deliver measurable impact.


Qualifications and preferred skills:

  • Proven experience in an Implementation Manager, Operations Manager, Process Improvement Manager, or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-location business;
  • Strong background in business process optimization, operational change management, and structured execution of new initiatives;
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously;
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, working effectively with internal teams and leadership;
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics, assess efficiency, and drive continuous improvement;
  • Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mentality and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment;
  • Experience in service-based industries, franchise operations, or multi-location business management is highly desirable;
