We are seeking a technically skilled Product Manager to oversee and develop our Access Control Solutions portfolio. This role focuses on advanced product configuration, technical integration, and lifecycle management to meet diverse security and operational needs.

A job that matters: Your Tasks

Technical Oversight & Development:

• Manage product lines, including: Electronic Cylinder & Door Locks; Wireless Control Units, Extension Modules, & Interfaces Data Collection Terminals & Programming Devices;
• Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems, communication platforms, and time-and-attendance solutions.

Configuration & Integration:

• Define and support system configurations, updates, and device programming.
• Oversee interface design and compatibility with user access media, badges, and remote systems.

Problem Solving & Customer Support:

• Address technical challenges in system implementation and operation.
• Provide advanced support for integration with existing infrastructure.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong expertise in access control systems, electronic locks, and system integration.
• Experience in configuring and supporting ERP-connected solutions.
• Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
