To further strengthen our local presence, we are looking for an Events and Logistics Services Project Manager to join our team in Sofia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales and active business development development of ELS services;
- Identifying, approaching, and acquiring new clients and business opportunities;
- Presenting and offering ELS services including mystery shopping, promotional campaigns, team building events, and field operations;
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners;
- Managing and coordinating ELS projects and operational activities;
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring project processes, timelines, and execution;
- Coordinating field teams, promoters, mystery shoppers, and external partners;
- Preparing operational and sales reports, analyses, and project summaries;
- Monitoring KPIs, campaign performance, and client satisfaction;
- Supporting negotiations, offers, and commercial communication with clients;
- Maintaining project documentation and ensuring process compliance;
- Identifying process improvements and optimizing operational workflows.
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
- Fluent English;
- 5+ years of experience in promotions, mystery shopping, team building events, or related marketing activities;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Experience in sales and client relationship management;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
