ERP Manager
Talentica is a Bulgarian consulting company in the field of human resources. We provide a variety of services to our clients, which meet their needs and resolve their issues related to personnel as well as blue-collar and expert and managerial levels.
For our client, a trading company, we are looking for a highly motivated candidate for the position of:
ERP Manager
Main responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the ERP platform and related business applications;
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization;
Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, and integrations;
Manage projects related to ERP development and digital transformation;
Gather and analyze business requirements from various departments;
Manage external partners, consultants, and vendors.

Skills and qualifications:
University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
Minimum 2 years of experience working with ERP systems;
Hands-on experience with ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other enterprise ERP platforms;
Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
Knowledge of databases, system integrations, and business processes.
