What You’ll be Doing: As a Junior Logistics Invoice Control Specialist, you will manage logistics invoices and inventory count activities across third-party logistics providers in the EMEA region. You will ensure invoices are accurate, accruals are completed on time, and internal standards are followed, while supporting strong supplier performance and efficient operations.

On a typical day, you’ll:

• Process and control logistics invoices, accruals, and month-end activities;
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure system alignment between internal platforms;
• Plan and oversee inventory cycle counts, wall-to-wall counts, and operational audits
• Manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers;
• Drive supplier performance, standardization, and continuous process improvements.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Understanding of supply chain processes;
• Understanding of financial processes, including invoicing and accruals;
• Technical knowledge within area of responsibility;
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
