Currently we are looking for an ambitious and proactive person as a:
Product Manager Processes, systems and projects development – Mortgage Loans
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for activities associated with business development and launching of new products and modifications of existing mortgage loan products within a cross-functional team;
- Drive the development, implementation and optimization of the mortgage lending products and process;
- Contribute to key bank-wide projects, including project scope, project roadmap, impact assessment, business requirements, execution;
- Ensure project timelines and milestones are established, effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders;
- Solving interdependencies, leads the communication with IT and related vendors;
- Participates in the preparation and validation of business requirements, requests, project planning;
- Responsible for well written user stories/ requirements, helps the development team with the refinement and estimation of user stories during refinement;
- Demonstrate strong team collaboration skills and effective communication in order to argument and sustain his/her insights and make them actionable for business development;
- Previous product or projects experience in Retail banking lending and especially mortgage lending;
- Analytical thinking and results orientation;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- University degree in a business or mathematics discipline (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics);
- Excellent command of English language;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Team player person able to work in dynamic environment and to handle both ad-hoc and repetitive tasks and/or analysis for tracking the business evolution;
