Our client is a fast-growing marketing and web development company based in the United States. Due to their team's exponential growth, we are currently looking for a PPC Expert to join their team. They are planning to develop Bulgarian teams, eventually establish an office, and a robust team that will service 100% of the company's development & advertising needs. The role will be a full-time remote contract position.
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our client's digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads. Expertise in at least one platform is required, while experience across multiple platforms is a strong advantage.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive qualified leads for their partners, primarily small-to mid-sized local service businesses based in the United States. As a PPC Specialist, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Department (DMD) in the US and the PPC team in Bulgaria. The DMD team will provide all necessary information and act as your connection to our Marketing Directors and partners, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct full Google Ads and Meta Ads account setups, including conversion tracking, account structure, campaign settings, ad copy, and keyword selection.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Write engaging and high-converting ad copy tailored to campaign goals.
- Create insightful reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Set up and manage various campaign types, including lead generation, brand awareness, remarketing, and foot traffic campaigns for physical stores.
- Perform routine account optimizations, identifying and resolving issues promptly to prevent any significant negative impact.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Google & Meta Ads management experience
- Experience working with other popular PPC platforms (SA360, Bing, Apple)
- Experience in Search Engine Marketing
- Ability to write well (specifically for ad headers and descriptions)
- An understanding of the best practices for the rapidly changing field of digital advertising
- Ability to troubleshoot & tackle problems as they arise
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to verbally communicate clearly with clients, should the need occur
- A working level of English, both verbal and written
- Have quick and steady access to the internet
- Able to effectively take critique, work efficiently under pressure, meet predefined deadlines, and execute quality work under tight deadlines
- Has strong attention to detail and a healthy dose of perfectionism
- Willingness to learn and grow with our company
Qualifications considered a plus:
- Ability to work in various ad platforms outside of just Google Ads (Facebook Ads & LinkedIn Ads)
- Proficient with Call Tracking services (Call Tracking Metrics, CallRail, etc.)
- Experience working with BI tools (Looker)
- Experience in App Store optimization is a plus
