For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Collections Specialist with German (Hybrid).

For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Collections Specialist with German (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper and timely payment of customer invoices;
- Handle the resolution of payment collection concerns within the team;
- Foster service excellence through a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement;
- Take action on both overdue and current receivables to ensure payments are collected;
- Work closely with commercial teams to resolve payment-related challenges;
- Regularly review and refresh process documentation and procedures;
- Comply with internal policies, financial standards, and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a global or Shared Services setting;
- Basic knowledge of Customer to Cash functions and processes;
- Ability to evaluate problems and escalate to higher management when necessary;
- Proficiency German with good English skills;
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus;
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service;
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
