Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize new subcontractor opportunities for the company;
- Research the market to uncover prospects and prepare executive summaries that support the full procurement process;
- Reach out to potential haulers via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings (including business travels);
- Build and deliver business proposals, negotiate terms, and drive successful agreements;
- Develop and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with subcontractors;
- Collaborate closely with business managers to refine our value proposition and pitch;
- Act as a trusted partner to haulers, proactively solving some challenges.
- Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry will be considered an advantage;
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in collaboration with partners;
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and influencing abilities;
- Driven, energetic, and self-motivated personality;
- Good command of MS Office;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
