Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of accountants to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Oversee accounting functions for our US subsidiaries to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare standard monthly and annual financial reports in alignment with company policies.
- Develop and manage the preparation of the annual budget.
- Evaluate and enhance team performance for improved efficiency and quality control.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports for strategic decision-making.
- Participate in tax and financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Reconcile financial data from various systems and sources to ensure accuracy.
- Manage online banking activities and oversee payment postings.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of current accounting legislation and practices.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS is a distinct advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative working style.
- Experience with QuickBooks and SAP is preferred.
