Material Planning Specialist**
As a Material Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes by securing the right materials, at the right time, and in the right quantities.
Who you are: You are proactive and forward-thinking, able to stay calm and focused in dynamic situations. You enjoy working with data, systems, and processes and take ownership of your responsibilities. You are precise, reliable, and open to learning and improvement. You build constructive relationships and balance accuracy with efficiency.

**We’re hiring:
Material Planning Specialist**
As a Material Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes by securing the right materials, at the right time, and in the right quantities.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and ensure availability of materials in line with production schedules and forecasts
- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, inventory levels, and material consumption
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, production, logistics, and internal stakeholders
- Work actively with ERP systems and Excel for planning, tracking, and analysis
- Prepare regular reports and analyses related to materials, stock, and supply performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support optimization initiatives
- Participate in new projects and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing
- Confident user of Excel and ERP systems
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly, prioritize effectively, and solve problems in a structured way
