A fast-growing global manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Purchasing Specialist who will play a key role in sourcing quality materials, managing supplier relationships and supporting efficient, well-structured purchasing and supply-chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, contracting and supplier management for assigned categories;
• Analyse supplier performance, pricing and delivery cycles;
• Maintain supplier databases, documentation and purchasing records;
• Conduct market research and support data-driven sourcing decisions;
• Prepare purchasing and inventory reports and performance analysis;
• Monitor costs, inventory levels and supplier KPIs;
• Coordinate communication with suppliers and follow up on orders;
• Support negotiations and secure favourable commercial terms.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Economics or similar;
• Experience in purchasing, sourcing, supply chain or procurement back-office;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience;
• Fluency in English;
• Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier audits and meetings.
