**We’re hiring:

Material Planning Specialist**

As a Material Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes by securing the right materials, at the right time, and in the right quantities.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and ensure availability of materials in line with production schedules and forecasts
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, inventory levels, and material consumption
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, production, logistics, and internal stakeholders
• Work actively with ERP systems and Excel for planning, tracking, and analysis
• Prepare regular reports and analyses related to materials, stock, and supply performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support optimization initiatives
• Participate in new projects and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing
• Confident user of Excel and ERP systems
• Good command of English, written and spoken
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly, prioritize effectively, and solve problems in a structured way
