Are you a recruiting rockstar with a deep understanding of the IT landscape? We're looking for a results-oriented Senior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team and play a key role in building our world-class tech workforce. We are looking for an experienced colleague who will:
Key responsibilities:
Take active part and ownership in the whole recruitment process from applications’ sourcing, interviews and offers. You will be managing the entire E2E recruitment process of your candidates
Be partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
Use all the well-known sources to attract candidates. We are also very open to exploring new options as well so if you would like to explore potential gold minds for attracting candidates, drop your CV now
Collaborate with recruitment agencies
Support our HR and Learning and development team on different projects
Join forces with marketing team to discuss recruitment marketing campaigns and how best to position Accenture on the market
Take part in the implementation of new procedures, systems or policies
Collaborate with Accenture Leadership on different topics such as implementation of new systems or other global projects (such as Background Checks or GDPR processes)
Prepare different kind of reporting. If Power BI is something you are interested in – let us know
Other qualities that will make you stand out:
Previous recruitment experience with IT roles in a multinational organization
A proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing to IT talent
Strong understanding of full recruitment lyfesycle
Committed to the achievement of excellence
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Excellent computer literacy
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Result oriented
Fluency in English
