For our client, healthcare provider , we are looking for a positive, motivated and responsible person for the position:
Sales and Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop adding value understanding and implementation of alternative channels usage building a strong multichannel strategy for the brand/portfolio based both on franchise deliverables but also by developing local solutions.
- Define and drive the customers segmentation based on customer needs and their business potential; Adapt the customer approach in line with each customer cluster specificities while remaining consistent with the business strategy / core messages.
- Recommends the price strategy on the market;
- Adapt and deploy the Regional Marketing strategy in a relevant and effective way to BG local customers and market particularities;
- Engage with key internal/external stakeholders in order to develop high quality services for customers with the ultimate goal to become the preferred partner;
- Manage sales team, drive the training sessions to ensure alignment across the team and customer message delivery / program execution consistency;
- Drive the implementation of the specific campaign communication and deploy it to the sales team;
- Develop and monitor KPIs in order to continuously improve own performance, detect potential issues and undertake immediate corrective measures;
- Develop and review periodically marketing plans to ensure continuous alignment to company’s strategy and adapt to market trends.
Knowledge:
- Relevant university degree;
- Previous sales, customer relationship management roles;
- Marketing experience;
- High level of computer skills;
- English language;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Innovation and initiative;
- Results driven;
- High standards of ethics.
