Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and implementation of a global marketing strategy that drives market share growth, enhances brand positioning, and increases revenue
- Develop and maintain a strong global brand for the transformer business, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms and regions
- Lead brand-building initiatives, including product launches, thought leadership, and participation in industry events and exhibitions
- Collaborate with the communications team to develop marketing materials, case studies, and customer testimonials that reinforce the brand’s market position
- Design and implement comprehensive global marketing campaigns, and customer engagement
- Oversee all marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional advertising
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure local execution aligns with global objectives, ensuring message consistency across different regions
- Provide leadership to develop sales enablement tools, including product documentation, customer presentations, and training materials
- Partner closely with the global sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the resources needed to achieve revenue targets and to provide insights into customer needs
- Lead customer relationship management efforts by developing programs to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Collaborate with key accounts and strategic partners to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer expectations
- Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in product offerings and marketing strategies
- Manage the global marketing budget for the transformer business, allocating resources effectively across campaigns, research, and brand-building initiatives
- Monitor and report on the return on investment (ROI) of marketing programs, making adjustments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Ensure all activities are within budget while maximizing the marketing impact
- Lead and mentor a global marketing and product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration
- Set clear performance goals for the team, regularly reviewing progress and providing feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Encourage team members to stay up-to-date on industry trends and marketing best practices, supporting their professional growth
Requirements for the employee:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is highly desirable
- 10years of marketing and product management experience in the industrial area, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing and growing a product portfolio in a B2B industrial or energy sector
- Strong experience in global marketing, , and campaign execution
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools
- In-depth understanding of B2B production industry, including market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with transformer products, power systems, and the overall energy sector is essential
- Excellent level of English
