Currently, they are opening their new service center in Bulgaria and we are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn professional to join their team in the role of:

Junior Account payable with English and German

Main Responsibilities:

• Process all invoices assigned within the required Turn-Around-Time
• Statement Reconciliations
• Reversals and corrections of incorrect posted invoices
• Handle the Blocked resolutions
• Processing all recodes received
• Initiate follow up for the parked documents

Our requirements

• Excellent knowledge of German and English language level B2 or higher.
• Previous experience in Customer service or Accounting is an advantage but not required.
• Familiarity with accounts payable systems and procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work with complex information in a simple and understandable way.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, team members, and management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance related to accounts payable (e.g., tax laws, invoice processing).
• Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
