POSITION SUMMARY
Nestle is seeking a passionate and experienced Vet Ambassador to join our team. As a Vet Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our pet care products and building strong relationships with veterinary professionals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your veterinary expertise with your passion for animal health and nutrition.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST
- Act as a brand ambassador for Nestle's pet care products, representing the company at veterinary conferences, seminars, and other industry events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary professionals, including veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and veterinary clinics.
- Provide educational support to veterinary professionals on Nestle's pet care products, including their features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for veterinary professionals, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our products and their benefits.
- Act as a reliable source of marketing information in the assigned territory, including official information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns targeted towards veterinary professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the veterinary industry, and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- Maintain and update the contact list and visit database.
- Research and seek new contacts, as well as classify existing ones using objective criteria.
- Plan a weekly route to ensure maximum efficiency in visiting veterinary clinics and doctors.
- Achieve the agreed target coverage of the territory in collaboration with the Specialized Channel Manager.
- Provide timely weekly report forms and accurately track representative expenses.
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field.
- Experience in a veterinary role/working in veterinary clinic with a strong understanding of animal health and nutrition will be considered as advantage .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate veterinary professionals.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain professional connections within the veterinary community.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel as required to attend conferences, seminars, and other industry events.
- Good computer knowledge
