Orbico Bulgaria is the leading distributor with business in 20 countries, servicing large number of quality globally known brands ranging from beauty care products through food and non-food products, technical and electrical appliances to pharmaceuticals, toys, textile, cigarettes as well as motor oil products. We employ more than 1200 employees and manage 500 global and local brands.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, reliable and result-oriented candidates with interest in IT field for the position Group IT User Support Technician.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide remote first and second level support to our end users;
- Install, configure and prepare new equipment (PCs, tablets, phones) for newcomers;
- Be the first point of contact for all request regarding hardware and software issues;
- Log and manage user tickets received by phone, email or other channel;
- Ensure tickets are solved and closed efficiently to avoid call backs and a backlog of queries;
- Provide solutions or workaround to our end users;
- Share support knowledge with peers and maintain associated documentation;
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support;
- Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of business conduct;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Good knowledge of MS end-user OS and tools (Windows 10/11, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc);
- Experience in support and management of On-premise environment (Windows Server, AD, Print Server, File Server, etc.);
- Good knowledge in networking (LAN, WAN);
- Experience in support and management of Cloud Based systems (Office 365, Azure);
- Experience with hardware support (PCs, Printers, smartphones, tablets, etc.);
- Basic Knowledge in SAP system (maintaining users, authorizations, etc.) is an advantage;
- Experience with ManageEngine tools is an advantage;
- Good level of English;
- Motivation for development;
