For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – User Support Agent for a Revolutionary Device with Slovak or Hungarian.

For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – User Support Agent for a Revolutionary Device with Slovak or Hungarian.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to users by troubleshooting and resolving issues with their personal
- Communicate with customers through chat, email, and phone, delivering timely and effective support;
- Diagnose technical problems and offer tailored solutions to enhance user satisfaction;
- Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up when needed;
- Collaborate with internal departments to address complex customer concerns and ensure resolution;
- Stay up to date with the latest product enhancements, software updates, and industry support
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Slovak or Hungarian, along with strong English communication abilities;
- Previous experience in customer care, help desk, or tech support is a plus;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude;
- Flexibility to work variable daytime shifts, including weekends if needed;
- Fast learner with the ability to understand technical information and resolve device issues efficiently;
- Team-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in handling support tasks.
