IBI CO with domestic recruitment license 2981 offers a job to a Junior Buyer for wholesale of cosmetic products. Our client is a well-established company with over 15 years of experience, based in Sofia, and is looking for a candidate with ambition to grow in the field of trade and sales.
location: g.k. Serdika, Boulevard "Akademik Ivan Evstratiev Geshov " 2Е, 1330 Sofia
Key Requirements:
Very good Microsoft Excel skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in functions such as /sum/if / round/ vlookup / conditional formatting / filters/ table / High proficiency in written and spoken Bulgarian English minimum B1 preferrably B2 level Experience with sales software is a plus Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and strong administrative abilities Bachelor's degree required EU passport NB! Good command of English
Key Responsibilities:
Manage e-commerce platforms Product knowledge, including brands and items Conduct regular inventory checks Negotiate with suppliers and source competitive prices Update offers and report to management Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely delivery Identify new sourcing channels Maintain relationships with manufacturers and traders Update and manage the customer database Resolve issues arising from day-to-day tasks Prepare reports on performance metrics
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive starting salary with annual performance-based bonuses 6-month probation period Full social security coverage Additional health insurance Meal vouchers Opportunities for career advancement
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30.
