- The first national digital fiber optics network
- Modernization of military and civilian airports to NATO and ICAO standards
- Signalling and telecommunication systems on high-speed railway sections
- Unified radio coverage of the territory of Bulgaria to ensure airspace protection

Job Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase goods, and services
- Ensure supply continuity and mitigate risks
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers
- Develop and implement procurement strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders on projects and supply needs
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and handle claims
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement or similar role
- Proficiency in procurement tools and Microsoft Office
- Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented and financially literate person
- Driving license – being an active driver
