About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Strategic Buyer who carries out the activity of supplying the company with necessary basic raw materials - PVC and aluminum.
Your Responsibilities – Navigate Beyond the Conventional:
- Establishes contacts and negotiates with suppliers to agree on terms of work – price, quality, payment method, etc.;
- Carefully monitors market prices, forecast price trends, and places orders at the right times to ensure cost efficiency and supply stability.
- Developing and executing cost reduction and productivity initiatives
- Maintains a database of key information about suppliers – items, prices, and annual turnover;
- Prepares periodic evaluations of suppliers and their performance;
- Plans orders for delivery;
- Participates in clarifying contract terms with suppliers;
- Prepares an annual plan and budget to ensure the supply of necessary raw materials and materials for production.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as strategic buyer, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing complex supply chains and delivering measurable improvements.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
