Key Requirements:

Very good Microsoft Excel skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in functions such as /sum/if / round/ vlookup / conditional formatting / filters/ table / High proficiency in written and spoken Bulgarian English minimum B1 preferrably B2 level Experience with sales software is a plus Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and strong administrative abilities Bachelor's degree required EU passport NB! Good command of English

Key Responsibilities:

Manage e-commerce platforms Product knowledge, including brands and items Conduct regular inventory checks Negotiate with suppliers and source competitive prices Update offers and report to management Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely delivery Identify new sourcing channels Maintain relationships with manufacturers and traders Update and manage the customer database Resolve issues arising from day-to-day tasks Prepare reports on performance metrics
