We are looking for a data-driven, well-organized, and proactive professional to join our team as a Senior Sourcing Specialist.

Primary accountabilities:

• You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect categories, supporting global procurement programs.
• You will translate insights from spend tools into actionable sourcing opportunities.
• Collaborating with other teams to launch and manage RFX processes, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• You will drive supplier negotiations and contracting, ensuring optimal commercial and legal outcomes.
• Utilisation of AI-driven tools to streamline tendering processes, from specification analysis to supplier selection.
• You will conduct supplier market research across Europe to identify competitive sourcing options.
• You will manage end-to-end tender processes including RFP/RFQ development, bid evaluation, and supplier onboarding.
• Maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity, performance, and innovation.
• You will partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Reporting on sourcing activities, supplier performance, and savings using savings tools and other dashboards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing or category management, preferably in indirect procurement and international environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Deep understanding of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contracting.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
