Fantastico Group is a leading Bulgarian family‑owned company with a 34‑year heritage and a strong presence in the country’s retail sector. Under the Fantastico brand, the company operates 48 contemporary supermarkets across Sofia, Plovdiv, Bankya, Pernik, Botevgrad, Elin Pelin, and Kyustendil.
Beyond retail, Fantastico Group also develops and manages SkyCity Mall, MegaXtreme Bowling, MyChoice Event Space, MyChoice Catering, and the Joy Station entertainment venue
Compensation & benefits

Must have requirements:
- 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (administration, configuration, or implementation)
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements from internal stakeholders into clear technical specifications
- Experience acting as a business analyst or internal liaison, understanding operational needs and communicating them effectively
- Strong English communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Background in ERP, CRM, or BI systems
- Experience with databases or a technical/IT educational background
- Previous project management experience, including coordination between internal teams and external partners
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for the Salesforce implementation project
- Coordinate between Fantastico business units and external consulting teams to ensure requirements are properly defined and delivered
- Support internal end-user adoption through training and rollout activities
- Oversee ongoing support and manage change requests after implementation
