Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Procurement team—set objectives, track performance, and foster best practices.
- Design and implement a long-term procurement strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships, negotiating for optimal terms and prices.
- Manage key contracts—from negotiation to finalisation—in coordination with the legal team and category managers.
- Analyse and optimise costs, ensure contract compliance, and assess supplier performance.
- Oversee the implementation and effective use of procurement technologies.
- Ensure transparency, compliance, and efficiency across all procurement processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- English proficiency: C1/C2 level
- Previous experience in a senior or leadership role in procurement or supply chain is a strong advantage
