For their brand new Team in the city of Varna, we are supporting them to hire several ambitious and smart professionals to hold the position of:

Buying Operations Coordinator

In this position, you will be primarily involved in Order creation, confirmation, and follow-up on the planned deliveries. In addition, you will record, maintain, and check Order data where needed. You have to monitor incoming deliveries for timing and accuracy, and manage the resolution of discrepancies with internal and/ or external stakeholders. Last but not least, you will be involved in coordinating between the teams in Buying and Logistics to ensure product availability and data integrity.

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

• Professional experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry, ideally in an operational or supply chain context
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher) and good command of German (B1+ level or higher)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively across teams and departments
• Experience with SAP (MM) and Jira will be great advantage but it is not mandatory
