Requirements:

Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Proven track record with at least 2 years of back-end development experience in a similar role.

MVC Frameworks (Laravel/Symfony/Zend/Codeigniter): Flex your PHP skills by working with popular MVC frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, Zend, or CodeIgniter.

MySQL: Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient queries, and tame the power of MySQL.

REST/RPC APIs: Develop and consume REST and RPC APIs, enabling seamless communication between systems.

XML, JSON, Web Service: Harness the power of XML and JSON for data interchange and seamlessly integrate web services.

It'll be a bonus if you have experience working with some of the open-source CMS platforms. Such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop
