What you’ll do as a Master Data Specialist?

What you’ll do as a Master Data Specialist?
Master data governance:
- Central product setup, including searchable attributes, and maintenance
- Vendor setup, maintenance, and governance
- Setup and maintain commodity code in SAP and product hierarchy cross reference according to Tax requirements.
- Maintaining the master data cross-ref between the systems and assuring data coherence between the systems
- Quality control and cleansing of master data
- Support the countries according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the product and vendor creation and maintenance process, assuring quality of the data
Data Quality Analysis:
- Analyzing and auditing item creation and item change requests
- Identifying data mismatches and continuously striving for improving processes
- Execution of data checks to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and global data integrity.
- Understanding subsequent systems, reports, outlets for all master data fields
- Contributing ideas and actions towards continuous improvement of processes within master data areas
- Generating ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts.
What you’ll bring?
- Good understanding and usage of MS Excel
- IT literacy and good understanding of data structures
- Fluency in English
- Good verbal and written communication skills
