We are looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Associate on behalf of one of our clients - an international firm of business consultants and accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup, customisation, and maintenance of the company’s CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Clio)
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, newsletters, and social media activities
- Segment and manage client data to enable targeted outreach and performance reporting
- Collaborate with marketing, accounting, and client services teams to align CRM and communication workflows
- Track and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and CRM usage
- Take part in regular planning sessions — both remote and in-person
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles (email, social media, content creation)
- Familiarity with CRM tools — or strong interest in developing CRM expertise
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and confident working independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally to London or Switzerland for team meetings
- English fluency required- Italian or other languages are a plus
Preferred Background:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, administration, or CRM support
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Paralegal, or a related field
- Genuine interest in the accounting and finance industry
- Experience working in the UK, Switzerland, Italy, or UAE is an asset
