As a Marketing Assistant for Export markets in Ficosota you will be in close interaction with the Sales teams, Global Business Unit teams, Logistics and Finance Departments, as well as with external designers, print and POS production houses.
In general, the person assigned to this role ensures the necessary documents for new market opening, secures market packaging and product requirements, ensures execution of all planned marketing activities on the market - run by our partners or by us from the Headquarter. Our Marketing Assistant for Export markets should be friendly, adaptive, a fast learner and able to work with minimal supervision.

Our Marketing Assistant for Export markets should be friendly, adaptive, a fast learner and able to work with minimal supervision.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Leads daily communication with our importers and distributors in the countries from the Region they are assigned to
- Coordinates product and packaging requirements to secure the flawless export of the goods
- Helps the team for short- and long-term brand development, participates in developing marketing strategies to grow the business
- Participates actively in the annual market planning and makes a follow up for all tasks and projects
- Helps the sales colleagues with necessary marketing information and develops brand presentations for current and new partners
- Leads projects with third parties (BTL agencies, production studios, printing houses, etc.)
- Participates in the development of the plan for all marketing activities and for executing it afterward
- Tracks the marketing expenses and manages the allocated budget by country and by brand in the most effective way
- Main channels of communication that are used in the export markets - point of sales materials (displays, pallet brandings, posters, etc.) and consumer activities & promotions, promo packs, digital, sales representatives incentives
- Is motivated by the essence of the work, is organized and is result-oriented
- Has advanced analytical and excellent time-management skills
- Is enthusiastic and eager to share their knowledge and expertise
- Has desire to execute and complete challenging projects and tasks in a professional manner
- Is able to multitask and lead several projects simultaneously
- Is open to new opportunities and is easily accepting changes
- Has great communication & teamwork skills
- University degree in Economics, Marketing, Brand Management, or another discipline you may find related to Marketing
- Very good knowledge and practice of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in presenting and argumentation of ideas, strategy, concepts
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player
- Excellent knowledge in English – both written and spoken
- Driving license
