For the further rollout and improvement of digital supply chain management we are looking for a Logistics Business Process Expert to join our team and become part of history.

Your daily routine would include:

• Collaborate with a global team of experts to optimize and digitize logistics processes for the entities in A1 Telekom Group;
• Review and analyze current procedures to recommend and implement changes with Business Process Manager/Owner;
• Initiate, accompany and support new projects, especially in the area of SAP Warehouse Management (WM), Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD) and third-party warehouse interfaces;
• Preparation of business requirements for the implementation of new logistics processes in SAP warehouse management, material management, etc. in accordance with the business process owners/managers of the A1 Telekom Group companies;
• Coordinating a team consisting of experts in other Group companies and third-party suppliers for the implementation of new developments and system/tool updates;
• Monitor the progress of developments and report them to stakeholders in accordance with the owner/lead business process;
• Prepare, conduct and moderate trainings;
• Ensure that processes are documented and maintained in accordance with company standards.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in the field of Logistics;
• SAP knowledge (WM/ MM/ SD modules);
• Experience in coordinating and/or contributing to software development/ implementation projects and testing;
• Problem solving skills, presentation skills and adherence to deadlines;
• Upper intermediate or fluent level of English – written and spoken; German is an advantage;
• University degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar;
• Experience in collaboration with external consultants and IT service providers is a plus.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize critical activities;
• Experience with contributing to the implementation of new functionalities and processes in SAP and 3rd party warehouse interfaces is an advantage.
