FINANCIAL ANALYST (CONTROLLING & REPORTING)
Key Responsibilities for the Role:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to management
- Support cost control initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and local regulations
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to improve financial transparency and process efficiency
- Participate in the development of financial models and business cases for new initiatives
- 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, financial analysis, and forecasting, or a similar role
- Previous accounting experience and solid understanding of budgeting, reporting, and consolidation processes
- Excellent knowledge of international financial and accounting standards (IFRS)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Fluency in English (B2-C1 level)
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach
- Previous experience working for one of the Big Four (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC)
- Certifications like CPA, ACCA, or similar qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems
- Full-time long-term and permanent job
