Currently, we are supporting them to recruit new members to join their brand new Accounts Payable Team in the city of Varna as:
Accounts Payable Specialists
Some of the key responsibilities for the vacancy:
- Processing and verifying invoices, investigating and resolving any discrepancies related to pricing, quantity, or missing information.
- Conducting an analysis of payments or recurring issues related to accounts payable processes.
- Collaborating closely with the other company's departments and the external suppliers.
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Senior Accountant or Accounts Payable, preferably in a multinational environment;
- Experience in invoice processing, invoice clarification or/and vendor management;
- Hands-on experience with SAP (FI & MM modules) and MS Office (MS Excel);
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Accounting, Finance, or any other economic specialization;
- Very good command of the English language (B2 level or higher)
- Knowledge of the German language is a great advantage, but it's not mandatory;
