What if your next challenge let you mix creativity with data, games with strategy, and impact with fun? We’re excited to be partnering with one of the most imaginative and geeky independent gaming studios in Sofia — a team that believes great games should make players feel something real.
They’re growing and looking for a Business Analyst — someone curious, data-driven, and ready to turn insights into actions that shape new worlds and experiences.
The Role You’ll be at the heart of the studio’s decision-making process, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and CPO. Your mission? To dive deep into data, translate it into insights, and help guide creative and strategic directions across teams — from Finance and Sales, to Game Design. In short, you’ll be the bridge between numbers and imagination.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze business and product performance through data.
- Develop clear reports and dashboards that highlight key insights and KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting.
- Work with SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, and Spreadsheets.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in a Business / Data Analyst role (or strong mid-level with 3–4 years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Power BI (or readiness to level up fast).
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights.
- Extra points for gaming industry experience or passion for games, comics, and art.
