Your Role As a Procurement Officer, you’ll be an important link between Dentaprime and its suppliers. You’ll help secure the right products, services, and partnerships that keep our clinics running smoothly — while learning, optimizing, and growing in a collaborative environment.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical, and communicative professional who wants to build a long-term career in procurement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms for products, services, and materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with ongoing projects
- Lead procurement initiatives, define strategies, and monitor spend, contract compliance, and supplier performance
- Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts together with legal and category management teams
- Support the improvement of procurement tools, reporting, and sourcing processes
- Ensure transparency, compliance, and best practices across all procurement activities
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
- A Bachelor’s degree
- English proficiency at C1/C2 level
- Experience working with Microsoft Navision / Business Central
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus — but not required
- A proactive mindset and interest in negotiation, data, and process improvement
