- Perform data analysis to support business tasks – increase sales, increase cross sales, improve antichurn.
- Gather data from different datasources, build reports and visualize data
- Crosschecking data from different datasources
- Deliver reports, dashboards and analyze them
- Analyze business processes to identify improvements
- Diggering in data to solve business tasks and improve sales efficiency
- Propose solutions based on analysis
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle (development, testing, go-live)
- 2-3 years of experience in reporting, BI, or analytics roles
- Advanced Excel skills and basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience with data visualization and working with large, complex datasets
- Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to end to end manage task – from data analysis to needed implementations
- Good English
- Good to have experience in mass market business – a lot of customers, transactions (retail lending, insurance, retail sales, games
