For our client, leading provider of medical services, we are looking for a positive, motivated and responsible person for the position:
Procurement Manager
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates, manages, controls and delegates in the Department of Procurement and Logistics;
- Manages contracts with suppliers related to the main activity of the company, conducts negotiations , manages prices , delivery terms and conditions, deadlines for payments to suppliers;
- Strategically supports the company's long-term goals in terms of operating costs, investments in medical equipment, optimizes the work process;
- Confirms or rejects requests for stock or nonstock items related to the main activity of the company, up to certain limits, makes independent decisions in relation to requests for the purchase of goods and services;
- Participates in the creation of procedures and operations related to the Department;
- Monitor the storage and safety of supplies, performs inspections and audits of stocks;
- Prepares reports and statistics to the management.
Reguirments:
- Proven experience im procurement, logistic management;
- Relevent education;
- Experience with ERP software;
- Prioritization and planning activities according to the company strategy;
- Desire to succeed, to achieve goals;
- Great communication capabilities well-organized and disciplined;
- English is a must.
