The Supply Chain Manager will oversee all aspects of supply chain management, with specific responsibilities in direct and indirect procurement, import/export compliance and logistics, strategic sourcing initiatives, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities: Procurement:

• Lead direct procurement of raw materials and components to support production schedules.
• Oversee indirect procurement of services, equipment, and consumables to support business operations.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate supplier performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring quality and timely deliver

Import/Export Management:

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs documentation, and shipping requirements.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
• Optimize cross-border logistics and reduce lead times and costs.

Strategic Procurement:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and assess risks in the supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing, including sustainability and supplier innovation.

Warehouse & Inventory Operations:

• Manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory flow, storage, and distribution.
• Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy and minimize stockouts/overstock.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
• Leverage ERP systems to manage supply chain data and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CPSM) is a plus.
• Fluency in English - written and spoken is a must; second language will be a serious advantage
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or procurement management roles.
• Strong knowledge of global trade, sourcing strategies, and warehouse best practices.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
