Service Delivery Senior Manager
The Service Delivery Senior Manager leverages their extensive sales expertise to craft and implement strategic solutions that drive revenue, increase market coverage, and meet key sales targets. This role will require seamless collaboration with the client’s Head of Sales, alongside Accenture’s Global Operations Lead and Product teams, to build high-impact partnerships and deliver transformative sales performance.
Lead Sales Performance:
Oversee and manage the sales performance across all on-site programs, including rigorous reporting, strategic planning, and accurate forecasting.
Prepare and present performance insights in weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reviews (internal and client-facing) to ensure alignment and transparency on goals.
Strategic Sales Planning and Execution:
Develop and design sales processes tailored for each program, ensuring consistency and adaptability across markets.
Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement within sales processes to drive sustainable growth.
Sales Strategy and Optimization:
Collaborate with the client Head of Sales to refine and execute sales strategies that are responsive to evolving market demands and customer needs.
Act as an advisor on specialist programs to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery on a global scale.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Cultivate strong, productive relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams to enhance collaborative problem-solving and solution-oriented approaches, drive shared objectives and ensure seamless program execution.
Leadership and Mentorship:
Provide guidance and mentorship to program leads, empowering them to achieve excellence in execution and continuous performance improvement.
Establish a culture of proactive problem-solving, accountability, and innovation across all sales programs.
Vision and Thought Leadership:
Take a lead role in identifying future sales opportunities and guiding thought leadership initiatives that elevate the team’s competitive edge in the market.
Serve as a strategic thought partner, bringing insight-driven recommendations to leadership and shaping the long-term vision of the sales strategy.
Is responsible for the performance results of service provision, including he/she develops a business plan and a budget, introduces a strategy for compliance with the budget and provision of quality services;
Is responsible for improving the quality and productivity of business, staff development and training at all levels; ensures quality and efficient provision of services through analysis of the results.
Job Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years professional experience in a similar position in outsourcing of business processes and activities of shared services centers; experience in management of service provision;
Knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO, Quality Management tools and other applicable standards.
Demonstrated experience in SMB sales, with a proven ability to develop insights and drive data-informed decisions.
Fluent command of English
Experience across multiple sales channels; advertising sales experience is an asset.
Proven excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills;
Proven track record in Stakeholder Management and Influence
Change Management and Problem Solving skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
