We are seeking a highly motivated and еxperienced GenAI Data Scientist Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible person who will architect and implement end-to-end generative AI solutions that enhance company products and create new business opportunities.

The GenAI Data Scientist should demonstrate expertise in building scalable LLM applications, agentic AI systems, and conversational AI platforms across multiple platforms.

You will work autonomously as a subject matter expert while collaborating with product and engineering teams, Go to market teams and Clients.You will build sophisticated conversational AI systems, deploy LLM-powered applications into production, and optimize AI agent performance for business outcomes.

As a Senior GenAI Data Scientist, you will transform business requirements into intelligent AI-powered solutions using state-of-the-art language models and agentic frameworks.

Your responsibilities include developing conversational AI assistants, implementing RAG systems with knowledge graphs, and creating scalable prompt engineering pipelines. You will design multi-agent workflows, integrate LLMs with existing products, and establish best practices for generative AI deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy LLM-powered applications and conversational AI systems
• Develop agentic AI workflows and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
• Implement RAG systems integrated with graph databases and knowledge management
• Engineer advanced prompt strategies and fine-tuning approaches for domain-specific applications
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into existing solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Level: 4-6 years in AI/ML with 3+ years focused on GenAI/LLMs
• LLM Platforms: OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, open-source models (Llama, Mistral)
• CI/CD basics: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, Jenkins
• Agentic AI: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, multi-agent frameworks - optional
• Vector & Graph DBs: Pinecone, Weaviate, Neo4j, ChromaDB, Qdrant
• RAG & Knowledge: Document processing, semantic search, knowledge graph construction
• Programming: Advanced Python, API development, cloud deployment
• Prompt Engineering: Advanced prompting techniques, chain-of-thought, few-shot learning
• Tools: FastAPI, Docker, Git, HiveQL, Airflow,
• MLops: one of MLflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Azure ML
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's in AI, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Advanced proficiency in LLM Engineering and Prompt Design is required
• Experience with Agentic AI Frameworks and Graph Databases is recommended
