UBB is seeking a talented and dynamic Expert General Function Procurement (by replacement) in Procurement Department, Administration, Procurement and Security Directorate.

UBB is seeking a talented and dynamic Expert General Function Procurement (by replacement) in Procurement Department, Administration, Procurement and Security Directorate.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:
- Higher economic or technical education – bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Professional experience in the procurement of assets and services, trade or logistics is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the market and the procurement processes.
- Good computer literacy – MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint.
- Fluent use of the English language – writing and speaking.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, business ethics and loyalty.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, under pressure and to meet deadlines, analytical thinking and initiative.
IF YOU WANT TO:
- Organizes and conduct procurement procedures for assets and services within the regulatory and internal requirements.
- Coordinates the preparation, alignment and signing of procurement contracts.
- Leads negotiations on behalf of the Bank for supplies and improving the terms of contracts with external contractors.
- Analyses the processes for procurement of assets and services in the Bank and manages cost-effective optimizations.
