Ficosota is one of the fastest growing companies originating from Bulgaria, engaged in the manufacture and sale of fast-moving consumer goods in several different directions - home and personal care products, hygiene disposable tissues and snack food.

As a Demand & Replenishment Planner you would be responsible for ensuring reliable sales forecasts, tracking and analyzing major promotions, and activations; Maintain master data of company's current inventory and plan production needs.

Ficosota is one of the fastest growing companies originating from Bulgaria, engaged in the manufacture and sale of fast-moving consumer goods in several different directions - home and personal care products, hygiene disposable tissues and snack food.
Overview:
As a Demand & Replenishment Planner you would be responsible for ensuring reliable sales forecasts, tracking and analyzing major promotions, and activations; Maintain master data of company's current inventory and plan production needs.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Collecting, organizeing and describing new items in the planning and forecasting system in a timely manner; maintaining up-to-date nomenclature of the categories for which it is responsible in the system
- Verifiying, analyzing and working with sales department and marketing to produce quality, realistic and timely sales forecasts
- Communicating directly with account managers regarding their individual forecasts for their respective customers/markets
- Participating in projects to improve and facilitate the forecasting process and improve customer service
- Being responsible for weekly production planning
- Participating actively in the S&OP process on the Planning side
- Preparing additional reports from information systems as needed, maintaining strict confidentiality
- Experience in the field or on a similar position will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain related field will be an advantage
- Experience with ERP/Planning systems will also be considered a plus
- Motivation and problem-solving attitude
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and acquire new skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good Excel knowledge
- Very good level of written and spoken English
