For their BRAND NEW team in Bulgaria, we are supporting them in recruiting an experienced Professional to take the position of:
Lead of Category Operations Dept.
Some of your duties:
You will lead and manage category operations to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective execution across teams internationally. You will drive process improvement and automation, establish clear performance standards, define, implement, and refine KPIs to chase the best performance of the team. You will act as a Senior counterpart for Buying, Finance, IT, and Logistics managers and suppliers. You have to drive alignment across functions to improve end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) execution. Last but not least, you will coach, motivate, and develop the teams, making them good performers in previously underperforming fields.
Main responsibilities:- 8+ years of commercial experience in operations leadership (e-commerce, retail, fashion, supply chain, or SSC);
- Experience in managing large, multi-layer teams;
- Strong process-driven, KPI-focused experience;
- Ability to lead the change and to improve the performance of the teams;
- Data-driven working style with strong analytical and communication skills;
- Experience working with an ERP System, preferably SAP.
- Excellent command of the English language (B2+/ C1 or C2 level);
