They are currently expanding their activity, and we are looking for motivated team players to join their team in Varna, Bulgaria, in the role of:

Junior Order Management Specialist

The position involves coordination between the Buying, Logistics, and Master Data teams to ensure efficient delivery and order processing. Responsibilities include creating and confirming orders, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining accurate order data within the inventory management system. Additionally, you will be in charge of verifying supplier order data and initiating corrective actions as necessary.

Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Last-year student or graduate in "Logistics and Spedition", Business Administration", "Accounting" or other related specialty;
• Proficiency in MS Excel with demonstrated practical skills;
• Some experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP;
• Excellent command of the English language (B2 or a higher level);
• Strong team player and good communication skills;

The following will be considered advantages, but are not mandatory:

• Professional experience in an Operational or Supply Chain department within an e-commerce field;
• Good working level of the German language;
