JUNIOR LEGAL ADVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the companies within VM Finance Group adhere to the regulatory norms and legislation.
• Analyze and mitigate liability risks, and take ownership of delegated areas.
• Draft binding contracts for trade deals, terminations, and annexes for changes;
• Assist in the success and expansion of VM Finance Group and take part in trade and commercial deals negotiations, whilst guarding the legal compliance of the group’s entities.
• Provide expert legal advice and in variety of areas, such as commercial law, competition and bond law, public procurement, property law, labor law, etc.
• Act as legal representative on behalf of VM Finance Group for Governmental institutions and administration.
• Keep and up-to-date archive of relevant documentation;

Requirements:

• Diploma of Higher Education of Law and acquired right to practice it.
• Previous experience is considered an advantage.
• Computer literacy – MS Office package.
• Very good communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, flexibility and initiative.
• Very good level of English, both verbal and written.
