LEGAL COUNSEL, DECATHLON Bulgaria

Your main responsibilities include:

• Manage projects in a context of transformation (e-commerce, circular economy, automation, etc.);
• Developing and drafting new contracts and/or updating standard contracts for the various purchasing categories (services, operations, maintenance, transportation, consulting, export, freight forwarding or customs services, etc.)
• Determining the contractual framework to be implemented and leading contract negotiations, whether national or international;
• Implementing and communicating listing processes, contracting, and any other legal security procedures;
• Creating and/or leading training sessions tailored to operational teams;
• Updating legal tools (regulatory mapping, intranet site, self-assessment framework, etc.) .
• Support the DECATHLON Group's country legal advisors according to their needs or in the deployment of the Group's international strategies;
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters within your area of responsibility;
• Identify risks within your scope of responsibility and monitor developments in the legal environment.

Profile:

• You are passionate about sports.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, responsive, rigorous, organized, autonomous, and efficient legal professional.
• Knowledge and experience in Business and Contract Law.
• Several years of professional experience as a legal professional specializing in international contracts. You have proven analytical and writing skills and several years of experience in contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated experience dealing with state authorities, public registers, and notarial proceedings.
• Responsive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Highly client-oriented; interpersonal skills and a sense of service to operational staff are essential assets for this position. You know how to adapt to change and a rapidly evolving environment.
• You enjoy teamwork and completing assignments in project mode.
