For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Corporate Travel Advisor with German and English (Hybrid).

For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Corporate Travel Advisor with German and English (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage corporate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, and transportation);
- Provide travel solutions that align with clients' corporate policies and preferences;
- Offer recommendations for cost-effective and time-efficient travel options;
- Handle travel bookings, changes, and cancellations;
- Assist with any travel-related issues or emergencies;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships;
- Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken);
- Experience in the travel, airline, hospitality, or similar industry is a plus;
- Knowledge of Travel GDS Systems - as Amadeus, Galileo, etc. - is a strong advantage;
- Good typing and computer MS Office skills;
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
- Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service;
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
